They would make a deal assuming that they’d make money, but then when the time came that they lost money, they couldn’t pay and went bankrupt. Take a big company that gives a lot of jobs, make it go bankrupt and you have yourself the beginning of a depression. During the Clinton administration they placed a budget on spending and our debt actually went down, then Clinton had that scandal.
